Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter for frying
- Pinch of salt
For the Topping[edit | edit source]
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a little butter in it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- To make the topping, combine the cream cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Serve the pancakes with a generous dollop of the savory cream cheese topping.
