  1. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a little butter in it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. To make the topping, combine the cream cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  7. Serve the pancakes with a generous dollop of the savory cream cheese topping.
