Pork Shoulder Chop Cauliflower Au Gratin is a delicious, keto-friendly dish that combines tender pork shoulder chop with creamy, cheesy cauliflower au gratin.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 pork shoulder chops
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked cauliflower and stir to coat.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish. Place the pork chops on top of the cauliflower.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
