Overview[edit | edit source]
Pumpkin Latte is a warm, spiced beverage that embodies the flavors of fall. This keto version provides all the flavors of a traditional pumpkin latte but with fewer carbs.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sweetener of choice (erythritol, stevia, monk fruit) to taste
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Preparation[edit | edit source]
- 1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- 2. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- 3. Pour brewed coffee into a mug and add the pumpkin mixture.
- 4. Sweeten to taste.
- 5. Optional: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Serving Suggestions[edit | edit source]
- Pair with a Keto Cookie or a slice of Keto Pumpkin Bread for a perfect fall treat.
- A sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon can enhance the flavor.
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut whipped cream.
