  1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until the onions are translucent.

  4. In the same pan, add the tomato puree, coconut milk, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
