  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
