Spicy Pumpkin Bread is a delicious, keto-friendly recipe that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and is packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds without compromising your diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of Ginger
- 1/4 tsp of Cloves
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
