- 1 large cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
- Add the diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano to the pan and stir well.
- Cut the cabbage into small pieces and add it to the pan. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
