A delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe, Thai Curry Cabbage is a perfect dish for those who are on a ketogenic diet. This dish is packed with flavors and is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of Thai curry paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
- Add the Thai curry paste to the pan and stir it into the onions and garlic. Cook for a minute until the paste is fragrant.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and stir to coat the cabbage in the curry paste.
- Pour the coconut milk over the cabbage. Stir to combine everything.
- Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Let the cabbage simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until it is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
