  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and cream cheese. Spread this mixture over the batter in the cake pan.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
