- 200g of keto-friendly white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup of pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Melt the keto-friendly white chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir continuously to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- Once the chocolate is melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Spread the chopped almonds, pecans, and macadamia nuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the nuts, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Sprinkle the sea salt over the chocolate and nut mixture.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
