Keto Zucchini Chips offer a crunchy, low-carb alternative to traditional potato chips. Made from thinly sliced zucchinis and baked or dehydrated to perfection, they are a great way to enjoy a crispy snack without deviating from the ketogenic diet.
Keto Zucchini Chips Recipe[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or other preferred herbs and spices
Preparation[edit | edit source]
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, thinly slice the zucchinis.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Bake for 1-2 hours or until crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
Serving Suggestions[edit | edit source]
- Serve as a snack on their own or with keto salsa, keto guacamole, or a keto ranch dip.
- Store in an airtight container to retain crispiness.
