Almond Flour Keto Tortillas Recipe[edit | edit source]

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups almond flour
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 2 tbsp water
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and olive oil.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion out into a tortilla shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the tortillas in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until they are lightly golden brown and crispy.
  6. Place the cooked tortillas on a plate and cover with foil to keep them warm and pliable.
