Bacon Fried Radish is a delicious and keto-friendly side dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced radishes. Cook until they are tender and have absorbed the bacon grease, about 10 minutes.
  3. Season the radishes with salt and pepper. Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
