- 2 tablespoons of fresh tarragon, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of cauliflower, chopped

- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Pour the tarragon butter over the steaks and set aside.
- For the creamy gratin, boil the chopped cauliflower until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream and garlic until simmering. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the cooked cauliflower to the cream and cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve the beef sirloin steaks with the creamy gratin on the side.
