  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the onions to the skillet and cook until they are caramelized. This should take about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze it.
  7. Return the pork chops and bacon to the skillet, then pour in the heavy cream.
