Keto Friendly Carb Tracker Recipe[edit | edit source]

This is a simple, delicious, and keto-friendly recipe that will help you keep track of your carb intake while on the keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then, melt the butter and add it to the eggs along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
