Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup of Erythritol
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup of Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup of Cherries, pitted and chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped dark chocolate and cherries.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
