Crispy Chinese Pork Cabbage is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly dish. It is a perfect blend of savory pork and crunchy cabbage, seasoned with traditional Chinese spices. This recipe is easy to prepare and is perfect for those on a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g of pork belly, sliced
- 1 large cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the pork belly slices and cook until they are crispy and browned. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pan. Cook until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Return the pork to the pan. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined.
- Serve the Crispy Chinese Pork Cabbage hot.
