Crispy Tofu and Bok Choy Salad is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is packed with protein from the tofu and full of antioxidants from the bok choy. This recipe is perfect for those on a keto diet as it is low in carbs and high in fats.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the tofu with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the tofu in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.
  5. While the tofu is baking, chop the bok choy and place it in a large bowl.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes.
  7. Once the tofu is done, add it to the bowl with the bok choy.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  9. Serve the salad immediately, or refrigerate it for later.
