- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
For Garlic Herb Butter[edit | edit source]
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chives, chopped
For Honey Cinnamon Butter[edit | edit source]
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
For Lemon Dill Butter[edit | edit source]
For Chili Lime Butter[edit | edit source]
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
For Truffle Butter[edit | edit source]
- 1 teaspoon of truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

- 2 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Soften the butter at room temperature.
- Add salt and the ingredients for the flavor you want to make.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll the butter into a log using plastic wrap, then refrigerate until firm.
