Garlic Parmesan Keto Croutons are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional croutons. They are perfect for adding a crunchy texture to your salads or soups.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass and then brush each one with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the croutons cool before serving.
