A delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe, Ginger Sesame Glazed Salmon is a perfect dish for those who are on a ketogenic diet. This recipe is rich in healthy fats and proteins, and low in carbohydrates.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then brush the ginger sesame glaze over the salmon.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
