  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture out on a large sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, make the garlic sauce. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  5. Once the chicken is done, serve it with the garlic sauce on the side.
