For the Thai Basil Sauce:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic, soy sauce, Thai basil, green onions, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, make the Thai Basil Sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the Thai basil, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and erythritol. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, serve them with the Thai Basil Sauce.
