Keto BBQ Chicken Pizza with Dairy-Free Crust[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough out on the prepared baking sheet, forming a thin, round pizza crust.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it's golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. While the crust is baking, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce in a separate bowl.
  7. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Sprinkle the sliced red onion over the chicken.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top before serving.
