Keto BLT Baked Avocado Eggs is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with healthy fats and protein.

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of the flesh from the center of each half to make room for the eggs.
  3. Place the avocado halves in a baking dish, and crack an egg into each half.
  4. Bake the avocados in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  5. While the avocados are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, place the bacon on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.
  6. Chop the tomato and lettuce.
  7. Once the avocados are done baking, season them with salt and pepper. Top each half with a slice of bacon, chopped tomato, and lettuce.
