Keto BLT Baked Avocado Eggs is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with healthy fats and protein.

- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of the flesh from the center of each half to make room for the eggs.
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish, and crack an egg into each half.
- Bake the avocados in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- While the avocados are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, place the bacon on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.
- Chop the tomato and lettuce.
- Once the avocados are done baking, season them with salt and pepper. Top each half with a slice of bacon, chopped tomato, and lettuce.
