Keto Blue Cheese Casserole[edit | edit source]
Keto Blue Cheese Casserole is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds without compromising your diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup of Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup of Almond flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large pot, boil the Cauliflower florets until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the Heavy cream over medium heat. Add the Blue cheese and stir until it is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the Garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Almond flour to the saucepan. Stir until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a casserole dish, combine the cooked cauliflower and the cheese mixture. Stir until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Drizzle the Olive oil over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
