Keto Brussel Sprout Hamburger Gratin is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups Brussel sprouts, halved
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the Brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the cream and cheese mixture over the beef and Brussel sprouts in the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
