  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the Brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the cream and cheese mixture over the beef and Brussel sprouts in the skillet, stirring to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
