Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto cauliflower pizza crust. It's a great alternative for those who are on a ketogenic diet and are craving for pizza.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large Cauliflower
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Oregano
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Once the cauliflower rice is cool, transfer it to a clean dish towel and squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, eggs, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite keto-friendly toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
