Keto cheese and chanterelle mushroom pie
This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Keto Cheese and Chanterelle Mushroom Pie. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit]
- 2 cups of chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chanterelle mushrooms and cook until they are soft and golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and coconut flour. Add the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cooked mushrooms and grated cheese to the mixture. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.
- Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
