Keto Cheese Burger Meatloaf with BBQ Mayo[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, almond flour, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned and bubbly.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
