Keto Cheese Burger Meatloaf with BBQ Mayo[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef
- 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of BBQ Sauce, sugar-free
- 1/2 cup of Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, almond flour, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned and bubbly.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
