This is a delicious and easy-to-make recipe for Keto Cheese Tortilla Beef Burritos. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and craving for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large cheese tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Lay out the cheese tortillas on a baking sheet. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
