Keto Cheeseburger Sushi is a creative and delicious twist on traditional sushi that is perfect for those following a Keto Diet. This recipe is high in protein and low in carbs, making it a great choice for anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain the excess fat and set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, chopped red onion, and chopped tomato. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Lay out a large leaf of iceberg lettuce on a flat surface. Spread a layer of the beef mixture onto the lettuce, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  5. Place a few slices of avocado on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Carefully roll the lettuce up, starting from the bottom and working your way to the top. Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into sushi-like pieces.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve your Keto Cheeseburger Sushi with a side of mayonnaise for dipping, if desired.
