This is a delicious and easy to prepare Keto friendly recipe for Chicken Caprese Casserole. It's a perfect dish for those following a low-carb, high-fat diet.

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of Basil Leaves
- 1/2 cup of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
