Keto Chicken Garam Masala is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with flavors and is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Add the garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken in the spices.
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir well to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
