This is a simple and delicious recipe for a Keto Chicken Green Beans Plate. It's a perfect meal for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried herbs (optional)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the green beans and garlic. Cook until the green beans are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet with the green beans. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
- Serve the chicken and green beans hot.
