Keto Chocolate Covered Macaroons[edit | edit source]

Keto Chocolate Covered Macaroons are a delicious, low-carb dessert that are perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. They are easy to make and are packed with healthy fats and protein.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, egg whites, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown.
  5. While the macaroons are cooling, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  6. Once the macaroons are cool, dip the bottom of each one in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
