Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies[edit | edit source]
Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delicious, low-carb dessert option for those following a Ketogenic diet. They are easy to make and satisfy the sweet tooth without breaking your diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
