- 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup of full-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of almonds, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped almonds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

- 1 lb of steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced steak to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped broccoli and sliced bell pepper to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the soy sauce and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
