Keto garlic mushroom chicken thighs
Keto Garlic Mushroom Chicken Thighs is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a Keto diet. This recipe is packed with flavor and is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit]
- 4 Chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper
- 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 cup of Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley, chopped
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are browned and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring it to a simmer.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, nestling them in the mushrooms and broth.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, until the chicken thighs are cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and stir in the heavy cream.
- Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley before serving.
