Keto Ground Beef Broccoli is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It is rich in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbohydrates.

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender.
  5. Return the ground beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the mixture and cover the skillet. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
