Keto Guide Intermittent Fasting Recipe[edit | edit source]

This is a simple and delicious recipe that is perfect for those following a Keto diet and practicing Intermittent fasting. It's a high-fat, low-carb meal that will keep you satisfied during your fasting window.

  1. Start by heating the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. While the oil is heating, slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the spinach to the pan and sauté until it's wilted.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over the spinach and stir gently to combine.
  6. Cook the eggs and spinach until the eggs are fully cooked.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs and spinach and let it melt.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the eggs and spinach with the sliced avocado on the side.
