Keto Kung Pao Chicken is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with flavors and is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and spring onions to the pan and cook until they are tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan and add the soy sauce, vinegar, and roasted peanuts.
- Stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Keto Kung Pao Chicken hot.
