Keto Queso Dip is a creamy, rich cheese dip infused with spicy jalapeños and tomatoes. This ketogenic version omits the addition of flour and milk typically found in traditional queso recipes, ensuring low carbohydrate content.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a saucepan, melt the cheddar cheese and cream cheese over low heat. Stir continuously to prevent sticking.
  2. As the cheeses melt, gradually add the heavy cream to achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Stir in the chopped jalapeños and tomatoes.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are combined and the dip is smooth.
  5. Serve warm with keto-friendly tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
