Keto queso dip
Keto Queso Dip is a creamy, rich cheese dip infused with spicy jalapeños and tomatoes. This ketogenic version omits the addition of flour and milk typically found in traditional queso recipes, ensuring low carbohydrate content.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a saucepan, melt the cheddar cheese and cream cheese over low heat. Stir continuously to prevent sticking.
- As the cheeses melt, gradually add the heavy cream to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Stir in the chopped jalapeños and tomatoes.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are combined and the dip is smooth.
- Serve warm with keto-friendly tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
