Keto Salmon Spinach Plate is a delicious and nutritious meal that is perfect for those following a Keto diet. This recipe is packed with healthy fats, protein, and low-carb vegetables, making it a great choice for anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 Salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 4 cups of fresh Spinach
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Add the lemon juice and butter to the skillet and stir until the butter is melted.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and place the skillet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve the salmon on a bed of the spinach.
