This is a delicious and nutritious recipe for a Keto Smoked Mussels Casserole. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
  3. Add the drained mussels to the pan and stir well.
  4. Pour in the cream and add the Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Cheddar cheeses. Stir until the cheeses melt and the mixture becomes creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
