This is a delicious and nutritious recipe for a Keto Smoked Mussels Casserole. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cans of mussels, drained
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 cup of Mozzarella, grated
- 1/2 cup of Cheddar, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the drained mussels to the pan and stir well.
- Pour in the cream and add the Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Cheddar cheeses. Stir until the cheeses melt and the mixture becomes creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
