Keto Stuffed Mushrooms are a delicious and healthy appetizer or snack that are perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. They are low in carbs and high in protein, making them a great choice for those trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a pan, sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until they are soft.
- Add the spinach to the pan and cook until it is wilted.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked mushroom stems, spinach, and garlic with the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
