Keto Stuffed Mushrooms are a delicious and healthy appetizer or snack that are perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. They are low in carbs and high in protein, making them a great choice for those trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a pan, sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until they are soft.
  4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until it is wilted.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked mushroom stems, spinach, and garlic with the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
