Keto Style Szechuan Chicken is a delicious, spicy, and flavorful dish that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients, making it a great choice for a healthy and satisfying meal.

  1. Heat the Coconut Oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the Chicken Breast pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink in the middle.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, and Onion. Cook until they are soft.
  5. Add the Garlic, Ginger, Szechuan Peppercorns, and Red Chili Flakes to the pan. Cook for another minute.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and add the Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, and Black Pepper. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped Green Onions before serving.
