Korean BBQ Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers[edit | edit source]
Korean BBQ Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is packed with flavors and is a perfect meal for those on a low-carb diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 large Bell Peppers
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Green Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the garlic and green onions to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the Korean BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the bell peppers and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
