A delicious and healthy keto friendly dish, the Low Carb Cabbage Casserole is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and cook until it starts to soften.
- Add the cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
