A delicious and healthy keto friendly dish, the Low Carb Cabbage Casserole is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and cook until it starts to soften.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
