This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for a low carb cauliflower pizza topped with green bell peppers and olives. It's a great option for those following a low-carb diet or anyone who wants to enjoy a guilt-free pizza.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Cook the cauliflower rice in a skillet over medium heat until it's soft and all the moisture has evaporated.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower rice, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Press the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it's golden brown.
  7. Spread the pizza sauce over the baked crust, then top with the sliced green bell pepper and black olives.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked to your liking.
  9. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
